EMIR Standard and Pro now have an E-Commerce extension!
EMIR is the market-leading integrated business management system aimed specifically at the electro-mechanical repair, sales and service industry.
The software is based around strong 'best practice' process management and detailed reporting that has grown and been refined during its successful installation into around 100 Electro-mechanical repair, sales and service companies.
This 'best practice' ensures that you have the necessary performance indicators to control and manage your business easily and effectively.
EMIR is sold on a module and licence basis, and comprehensively covers all of your business activity from Quoting and Job costing control through to Stock control, Purchasing and Finance, meaning that EMIR holds all the information you need to manage your business at the click of a mouse.
EMIR is available in 3 levels: Easy, Standard and Professional.
EMIR 'Easy' is our complete small business solution, that is only available for up to 2 users and contains all the key job costing functionality of our bigger solutions. It is based largely on the Standard Basic system.

Our 'Standard' software is unlimited in users and has additional modules available and can be fully customised to suit your exact requirements.
Our 'Professional' EMIR solutions are based on our Standard solutions but have enhanced functionality that is designed to suit multi-site implementations [where a business has more than one site using the software on a Wide Area Network] in a client/server environment.

Core Modules Available for Standard and Professional solutions:
Basic
The basic system is the core component of the EMIR suite and provides the following functionality as standard:
Booking In of customer orders and raising of Job Cards.
Records all customer information and technical details of each job.
Fully integrated Job Costing to capture all material and labour costs, and to     easily identify the work done.
Status management of all jobs from Work In Progress through to Invoiced.
Production of Delivery Notes and Invoices with relevant data provided.
Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger for production of Statements and Debtor     and Creditor tracking.
Enquiries and Reporting to show profitability of jobs, traceability of all work,     and extremely useful for customer service responses.
Quoting
Raise and modify quotes in a standard and professional layout, with the information from all accepted quotes transferring directly into jobs without the need for re-entry.
Stock
The stock system provides known part and price information to help supplement the job costing process. Provides detailed reporting on all stock usage, and automatically recommends [and orders] items for purchase based on part usage.
Purchasing
Allows orders to be raised for two types of items on two types of order:- You can order Stock items [known part number with known price] or Miscellaneous [freehand] items and order them on a General Order or Directly for Jobs. The system handles the receipt and rejection of goods and provides excellent tracking and analysis of all purchases made.
Full Finance
Supplements the Sales and Purchase Ledgers with full Nominal Ledger accounts. Save a fortune in accountancy costs by producing your own Trial Balance, Profit & Loss statement, Balance Sheet, VAT Returns, etc. with only basic book-keeping skills required.
Motor/Pump/Drive Management
Store and enquire on all your clients' managed motors/pumps/drives, etc., and provide comprehensive information to them on their assets.
The EMIR "Motor Management" module allows you to store and review:
Technical Details and References about each moto/pump/drive,
The Site, Location and Sub-location of where it is used,
The EX status and unlimited notes on EX related issues,
Unlimited Environmental information notes,
Unlimited General Notes about the item,
Additional comments that are transferred to the job when you book in,
Photos of the asset to help identification - also transfer to the job,
Link and access any type of file [Word, Excel,etc.]
Analyse fault information.
Track if a Managed Asset is surpassed by another or is surpassing another,
View all the jobs that have been created for the Motor or Pump etc.
WEBCALS - Customer Access Link System
If you wish to provide the ultimate in Motor Management service, then you will also need to use our WEBCALS software. WEBCALS allows your customer to login via use of Internet Explorer [or other browser]and look at their own motors/pumps/drives etc. and to see where they are, what work has been done, and other relevant information and reports. WEBCALS is the ideal customer access system for motor management.
