Your EMiR system will come with helpdesk and technical support free for 60 days and then via a recurring annual contract, to ensure you have help available if you need it and that your system is kept in fully working order.

Initial training on EMiR is provided on-site with the sale of our Professional systems. Additional on-site training can be designed and provided based on your needs and your staff requirements.

On-line training is available via our eMiR-Learning platform which has a variety of courses available and each has an associated test to achieve certified EMiR qualifications. We can also provide custom one-to-one on-line training, dealing with specific requirements.

Gary Downes receives AEMT Award

At the AEMT’s 2022 AGM, held at the Manufacturing Technology Centre In Coventry, Gary Downes, Managing Director of EMiR Software was awarded lifetime honorary membership of the association.

The award was presented by AEMT President, Shaun Sutton, was in recognition of over a decade of supporting the association on its council, including a period as President.

Commenting on the awards, Gary said, “I’m delighted to become honorary member of the AEMT; I have had a great time on council and really enjoyed my various roles. I have met and worked with some great people along the way and I’m sure the association will continue to go from strength to strength.”
