Your EMiR system will come with helpdesk and technical support free for 60 days and then via a recurring annual contract, to ensure you have help available if you need it and that your system is kept in fully working order.
EMiR Maintenance contracts come in 3 flavours: Bronze, Silver and Gold. They all provide excellent value for money and ensure you are able to add any of the newly developed features for EMiR to your system for a flat fee - so you never need to go through a formal 'upgrade' process again. 17/01/2014. Rotamec Ltd have become the latest customer to order an upgrade to EMiR Professional.
Rotamec have been using EMiR, the business management software for electro-mechanical repair, sales and service industry, across their two sites in Cheddar and Exeter. Instead of having two instances of EMiR Standard, they have decided to upgrade to EMiR Professional, which will allow them to manage the both sites within one system. They have also ordered the CRM web-based extension, that will link to their EMiR data to help them manage sales activity.
